Model-4 Semi-Continuous OC/EC Field Analyzer

The newest addition to our product line incorporates the latest advances in electronic and optical technology, along with an optimized oven and detector design for sensitive and reliable field operation. Now with a rugged and more compact design, this OC/EC carbon analyzer is rack mountable! New features include: an easy access panel for filter service and calibration, new safety mechanisms and inline pressure regulators for superior flow control.

Lab OCEC Aerosol Analyzer

The OC/EC Lab instrument has become the industry standard for environmental and workplace monitoring. This model serves as the basis for NIOSH Method 5040 and is fully compliant with the IMPROVE protocol. With a base of more than 100 instruments installed worldwide, Sunset Laboratory is unmatched in experience with OC/EC instrumentation and measurement techniques. There is no comparable instrument on the market today.

Denuders

These Parallel-plate Carbon Filter Denuders remove semi-volatile organic carbon vapors that would result in adsorption artifacts on a following quartz filter.

Quartz Filters

These quartz samples can be used for sample collection. We offer 25mm, 37mm or 47mm filters in petri dishes, and also 37mm filters in three-piece plastic cassette samplers. All of our quartz filters are pre-fired to sterilization and then packaged in the petri dishes or cassettes, at which point they are ready for sample collection.
